I support pregnant and postpartum moms who are navigating the emotional, physical, and relational challenges of early motherhood. My work focuses on perinatal mental health, identity transitions, birth trauma, postpartum anxiety and depression, partner communication, and the adjustment to becoming a parent.
I use evidence-based approaches to meet you exactly where you are. As a person-centered therapist, I believe you already hold deep wisdom about your needs. My role is to help you access it with clarity and compassion.
I specialize in supporting:
- Pregnant moms navigating stress, anxiety, or birth-related fears
- New parents adjusting to postpartum life and identity changes
- Parents coping with postpartum depression, anxiety, or intrusive thoughts
- Adoptive and blended families welcoming a new baby through adoption or foster care
